Hong Kong-listed NagaCorp on Sunday shared further details around its US$3.5 billion Naga 3 expansion plan.
Earlier this year, the company said the Naga 3 project would deliver greater gaming and non-gaming spaces, comprising amenities and facilities not currently available at Naga, its IR in Phnom Penh.
The project will also consist of five distinct hotel towers. Once completed, Naga 3 will offer a total of 4,720 rooms across the towers.
In its gaming space, the property will feature NagaCorp’s “Casino Cell Concept,” wherein large casino spaces are broken down into smaller spaces, each with its own entertainment, food and beverage, and other integrated services.
“The Company expects that NagaWorld will be the largest riverine integrated resort in the Mekong region, further enhancing the company’s position as an integrated gaming and entertainment resort powerhouse in Asia,” said the company in a statement. (AGB)
