Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment, the operating company for Okada Manila, posted record GGR and adjusted EBITDA in January.
GGR reached 3.8 billion pisos (about US$72 million) an increase of 134 percent year-on-year, while adjusted segment EBITDA reached 649 million pisos (about US$12 million) in the month, up 683 percent. Other revenue also grew by 66 percent to 176 million pisos (about US$3 million).
Tiger Resort said the increased GGR was primarily due to higher win rates in VIP and mass table games. Volumes in VIP rolling, mass table drop, and gaming machine handle also remained strong.
“VIP rolling chips for the month, in particular, produced the highest rate of increase among the gaming segments that posted a record high,” it added. (AGB)
